Fine Silver* was a Stakes and Open class star at Ireland's premier track, Shelbourne Park. He was a very versatile performer winning top-grade races from 525 to 600 yards. His brother Disguised won the Cox Cup, the Joe Dunn Puppy Stake, ran third in both the 2004 and 2005 Irish Champion Stake finals, and third again in the Irish Derby final. Their sister Frazzled laid down a sizzling 28.39 over 525 yards at Shelbourne Park and was one of the fastest bitches in Ireland in 2004.

His sire, the late Larkhill Jo, has been the premier Irish-bred sire in Ireland and the UK for the past several years peaking at #2 in the Irish Sire Standings in 2003. His progeny include racing sensations, Valentia Citrate, Droopys Kewell, Climate Control, Like A Shot, Yeah Man, all standing at stud, as well as many, many others. His sire, the great Staplers Jo, was the Irish Stud Dog of the Year in 2000 and 2001.

His dam Newbridge Girl was the 2004 Brood Bitch of the Year in Ireland. In addition to her outstanding Larkhill Jo litter, she produced a litter by Staplers Jo that included First Charter, a seven-time major stakes finalist, and his sister Fairy Gate who ran third to her brother in the 2003 Tote Gold Collar.

Fine Silver* represents the finest in Irish breeding and should cross with a wide variety of bloodlines. His ability to run a wide array of distances suggest that his pups will not be short here as are those of many foreign studs. We expect that he will cross especially well with Flying Penske and Greys Statesman daughters, or any females whose pedigrees feature Unruly, K's Flak, and other Jones lines.
